I. Services
1. Our after services are under the charge of Quality Inspection
Center After Services Department.
2. After Service Center Department books in mails, phone numbers
and fax numbers carefully and records detailed customer addresses,
correspondence information and machine problems, puts forward
suggestions on maintenance program and makes specific replies
to demands of customers.
3. For customer complaints, our after services will send out
maintainers within 48 hours for provincial customers and 96
hours (barring holidays and festivals) for far customers.
4. Our products practise <three warranties> services,
one year's validity for milling machines and half a year for
hydraulic hauling equipments. Since the day of purchase, our
products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days if serious
quality problem discovered and then verified, and exchanged
within 3 months if unrepairable problem appears and is verified.
5. Within validity, maintenance fees go to our company and
without the period, material fees will be charged.
